This Shipping Policy explains how and where we ship orders placed on musclesupplements.com, operated by Eco Supplements LLC.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only . [excludeding PO boxes, APO/FPO.]

Shipping rates

Flat rate: $6.95 on all US orders.
Free shipping on orders over $65 (before tax).

Processing and delivery time

Orders are fulfilled from our fulfillment partner in Utah and typically arrive within 2–5 business days after your order is placed. Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Shipping carriers

We ship via [USPS / UPS / other carriers]. The carrier is selected based on your location and order.

Undeliverable or returned packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (for example, due to an incorrect address), we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

Lost or damaged shipments
