We want you to be satisfied with your order. This policy explains when and how you can return a product and receive a refund. It is offered by Eco Supplements LLC, which operates musclesupplements.com.

Return window

You may request a return within [14] days of the delivery date.

Condition of returned items

For health and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of products that are unopened, unused, and in their original, sealed packaging. Opened or used supplements cannot be returned unless the product is defective or was sent in error.

How to start a return

1. Email support@musclesupplements.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
2. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs

• Return shipping is paid by the customer, except where the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@musclesupplements.com within [7] days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping, at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

The following cannot be returned: opened or used products [unless defective], gift cards, and items marked final sale.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel before the order ships; once it has shipped, our standard return process applies.
